Essential Oils for Sleep

A perfectly balanced, tranquil OIL blend can be felt immediately, transporting the user to a state of blissful repose.

Let’s talk about how you get a restful night’s sleep.

I’m going to talk about three oils. I’m going to talk about frankincense first, lavender and serenity and just show you how I use these oils. You can use lavender and serenity interchangeably. I use serenity because I don’t like the way lavender smells that much.

That’s the great thing… I love what it does, but I don’t like how it smells.

I put one drop of Frankincense on my hand and rub it on the back of my neck. This is going to help get that into my nervous system. Help calm my nerves down so that I can get some sleep. Make sure you rub that in good.

Then I use Serenity. This is my magic. I rub this also over the top of the frankincense. The reason I’m rubbing it is that I’m going to get the circulation moving in that area so it can grab the oil so those compounds in there can get into my bloodstream quickly and do its work.

Now after I’ve rubbed that in, I’m going to take my hand and cup it and breathe deep. Maybe five or six times (this is my favorite part).

You can also put this oil on the bottom of your feet, diffuse it in your room, rub it on your chest. I do this and I can sleep well at night. I don’t wake up at night anymore, I can go to sleep easier and it’s way better in the morning when I wake up. I feel like I’ve had a restful night’s sleep.
